Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

This year, the County of Santa Clara, in lieu of a centralized event, encourages each agency, department or division to plan and promote its own activities, on either Wednesday August 10 or Friday August 12. School starts for the majority of schools the following week.

LED developed a toolkit for departments to:  a) use for ideas on activities and themes and b) design and develop their own interactive and educational experience for participating children.

Please visit the Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day page for more information and to access the Toolkit.

Learning & Employee Development (LED) provides professional development courses and certificate programs for all employees to increase effective communications, supervision, computer skills, career development, work effectiveness, and leadership throughout the County. Download the LED Brochure to learn more.
In this web site you will find information about sccLearn - the online course registration system, career development programs, training resources and tools available to County employees. For more information, contact us at 408-993-4830.
