Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (County)
The Office of LGBTQ Affairs helped to update the County’s policy against discrimination and harassment with regard to any aspect of the recruitment or employement process with the County, and that no person shall be denied or provided unequal access to programs, services, or contracting opportunities with the County. The policy specifically includes protections from discrimination and harassment on the basis of gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, among other identities and lived experiences.
