If you need financial assistance to renew your DACA…

Currently, USCIS is still accepting renewal applications. Legal professionals continue to encourage those who are eligible to renew now.

 

The County of Santa Clara is providing scholarships for the $495 DACA renewal fee. Four agencies within the Santa Clara County DACA Collaborative will be providing these scholarships to those who qualify. To receive an eligibility screening, visit organizations within the Collaborative listed below.

Reach out to the agencies below to schedule an appointment or visit their drop in/workshops. *Note that some agencies provide both application assistance and scholarship funds while some only provide application assistance.
