Board President Cortese to announce 2011 Priorities at State of the County


On Tuesday, Dave Cortese, President of the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors, will present the annual State of the County address. This address will cover the County’s current fiscal condition and major initiatives that he plans to launch in 2011 to improve the quality of life for county residents. Cortese will focus heavily on youth needs in education and juvenile justice, propose major plans for the county’s increased participation in economic development and push for open government measures. Event details are as follows:
