County of Santa Clara to Host Annual Conference for the National Association of Commissions for Women

Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties Commissions on Women to Coordinate Activities Under the “Bridge to Equality” Theme
The National Association of Commission for Women will hold its 43rd Annual Conference and Business Meeting, beginning July 24.  This year’s theme is “Bridge to Equality”.  Through workshops, presentations, general sessions and discussions, the conference will address issues such as equal pay, the WAGE Project, engaging women veterans, using social media for social advocacy, workplace policies, domestic violence, and leadership roles.
