Get Healthy @ the Library Returns with Informative Presentations

Cycle of Free Lectures to Cover Chronic Pain, Mind-body Skills and Foot Health

Back by popular demand, Get Healthy @ the Library, the dynamic partnership of Santa Clara County Library and PlaneTree Health Library returns in the Spring of 2011 to provide the public with six free, lively, and informative presentations. The lecture cycle addresses coping and relieving chronic pain, mind-body skills for well being, and foot health, including free foot screenings. Lecture series features community health care experts, including a world renowned patient educator, physicians, a medical hypnotist, and an acupuncturist who will give a lecture on acupressure in Mandarin. Presentations are free and open to the public.
