On March 16, 2010, California residents throughout the state are invited to participate in the Be Californian, Be Counted Day. The event features a family fun day with free food and entertainment, as well as special activities for the kids.
In conjunction with the California Complete Count Committee, the Santa Clara County Partnership Network is inviting all county residents to join the local Be Californian, Be Counted Day.
Residents are encouraged to bring their Census 2010 Questionnaire to the event and receive confidential and free assistance to complete the form.

It is estimated that one in five residents in the United States are not planning to complete the easy, 10-question Census form. Many are a part of the "hard to reach/hard to count" category, reluctant to complete their form, unsure of how to accurately complete the form, or unaware of the census and its importance.
