SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIF.—Today, the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors approved a Resolution of Intention to sell two properties in the Town of Los Gatos and has released the Request for Proposals for bids to acquire properties.
Key information on the two offerings is as follows:
375 Knowles Drive, Los Gatos (former Los Gatos Clinic and vacant lot)
- A 3.34-acre property with a 6,200 square-foot single-story structure and a vacant lot of 11,800 square feet
- Minimum bid: $5,529,000
14205 Capri Drive, Los Gatos (former Los Gatos Courthouse)
- A 1.81-acre property with a 12,500 square-foot single-story structure
- Minimum bid: $3,700,000
All bids should be submitted to 70 West Hedding Street, 11th Floor, East Wing, San Jose, California 95110 by 9:30 a.m. on November 29, 2011. A copy of the Request for Proposals may be found at the Procurement Department Bid Opportunities portal by searching “Bid Opportunities” at www.sccgov.org. The County Office of Asset and Economic Development will present the highest bid to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.
