The Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) and The Office of Women’s Policy (OWP) are pleased to sponsor the Family-Friendly Workplace Award for public, private and non-profit employers of any size in Santa Clara County. This award seeks to recognize employers who have implemented family friendly policies, including pregnancy accommodation and parental leave, lactation accommodation and work-life balance.
To apply, employers should complete a self-assessment form
to determine if they meet a bronze, silver or gold level. Honorees will then receive an electronic seal from Santa Clara County’s Commission on the Status of Women to display on their materials or web site. They will also be recognized at a Commission on the Status of Women public meeting on November 14, 2016 in San Jose, Ca.
