The Community Health Clinics are private, non-profit healthcare providers who are not affiliated with County Public Health Clinics. These supply low-cost health care (including immunizations) to persons in need.

Santa Clara County Immunization Program is dedicated to the health of the whole community. By raising awareness to eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases by optimizing the ability of the Santa Clara County community to immunize its residents on vaccine-preventable diseases and providing education to increase the Immunization coverage among infants, children, adolescents, and adults in Santa Clara County.
