Immunizations

The Immunization Program offers community immunization, education, and training, provide information and resources, and partnerships with private and public organizations working collaboratively to reduce vaccine-preventable diseases. We provide services, information, and education through events, workshops, and resources for educators, health care professionals, and community members:  ​​​​

Our Mission  

Santa Clara County Immunization Program is dedicated to the health of the whole community. By raising awareness to eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases by optimizing the ability of the Santa Clara County community to immunize its residents on vaccine-preventable diseases and providing education to increase the Immunization coverage among infants, children, adolescents, and adults in Santa Clara County.
