Needle Exchange Hours and Locations
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are limiting Needle Exchange Services to the locations and hours listed below until further notice.
1:30pm - 3:30pm
Knox Avenue site: Story Road and Knox Avenue (one block west from King Road) in San Jose
2nd St and 280 Site: Under the 280 overpass in San Jose (between S 1st and 2nd St)
5:00pm – 7:00pm
Crane Center site: 976 Lenzen Avenue, San Jose (parking lot on the southwest side of the building)
9:30am – 11:30am
Valley Health Center site: 7475 Camino Arroyo, Gilroy
2:00pm – 4:00pm
Little Orchard site: Little Orchard St. in San Jose (midway between Curtner and San Jose Avenue)
No Exchange Services: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and County holidays
