The Planning Office and the Division of Agriculture are collaboratively reviewing activity and trends in unincorporated Santa Clara County relating to wineries and agri-tourism, and are looking to facilitate and promote such activities.

The County recognizes the many challenges of sustaining agriculture on unincorporated county lands.  Agri-tourism supports local agriculture by enhancing revenue, and by providing beneficial exposure for local agriculture and agricultural products.  It also benefits consumers, and the local tourism economy.
