Downtown WIC Has Moved

The Santa Clara County's Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, has moved from its former San Jose Downtown Office location (976 Lenzen Avenue), to its new location:

Seven Offices


Overall, the Santa Clara County WIC has seven offices located around Santa Clara County.  Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

*Bascom and Millpitas Offices are closed for lunch from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. All clinics are closed on government holidays.

What is WIC?

The Santa Clara County Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a free nutrition program that helps pregnant women, women with infants, infants, and young children eat well, be active, and stay healthy.
