Free Workshop on Latino Health

Join Us for a FREE workshop on Latino Health

The Tobacco Free Coalition of Santa Clara County invites you to the first of a series of workshops focused on empowering diverse populations around health, advocacy, and community action work within a tobacco control framework. This workshop will feature a key note speaker and discussion panel of local community leaders working with Latinos on health policy issues and general health.

Join us on Monday, February 25, 2013 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sobrato Conference Center, 1400 Parkmoor Avenue, Conference Room A, San José.

During this workshop you will:


  • Learn about the Latino health assessment conducted in Santa Clara County
  • Learn from local community leaders working on Latino health issues
  • Learn strategies on how to effectively reach Latinos in your community
