Stephanie Mayorga Receives Wish for Adaptive Tricycle

February 25, 2013

Five-year-old Stephanie Mayorga, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and is wheelchair- bound, finally received the Freedom Concepts Discovery Tricycle that she had been wishing for, since November of 2012.  The tricycle, valued at $4,500, was made available through private donations solicited by the Mercury News Wish Book, which aims to fulfill holiday wishes for the needy.
Today, Stephanie happily rides around town in her new tricycle.  Thank you to all the donors who helped to make Stephanie’s wish come true.
