Governing Documents

The 24/7 Whistleblower Program for the County of Santa Clara was established in the Office of the County Counsel in 2010, with major amendments following in 2017.  The overall framework for the program is embedded in local law, i.e., the County Ordinance Code.  Guiding principles, reporting procedures and other operational requirements can be found in Board Policy.  The following provide links to these foundational documents.​
