Homelessness Affects All of Us.

Your support and action are needed on this journey to end homelessness in Santa Clara County!

Help us to update the Santa Clara County Community Plan to End Homelessness by completing this survey:

The community plan will be a five-year roadmap to guide the County, nonprofits, cities, and other community members as they make decisions about funding, programs, and needs -- and we want to hear what you think about homelessness in our community.  This survey is open to all stakeholders in Santa Clara County. The information you provide is anonymous and will be used to inform the plan. The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us!

Be Present: Every month, dozens of community events about homelessness and housing take place in our community. A great way to get involved, make new friends, learn more and have an impact is to attend these events.

You can view the Housing Events Calendar on this page or add it to the calendar tool you already use. Instructions are available at

Talk to Elected Officials: Many of the decisions about funding and construction of affordable and supportive housing are made by members of your city council, the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors, California state representatives and city staff members in housing and planning departments.

Share the toolkit, send email messages and speak at city council and other public meetings to encourage your representatives to do all they can to help build the supportive housing we need to end homelessness. Your voice matters.

Who are My Representatives? The County of Santa Clara Registrar of Voters, your city's website and Facebook's Town Hall app are all good places to find out which elected officials represent you.

What’s Next? After reviewing the Housing Ready Community’s Toolkit, you are ready to take action to end homelessness in Santa Clara County. For additional information on how to get involved, download the toolkit Action Guide and visit the Next Steps page.

Together, let's restore the dignity and well-being that so many of our neighbors have lost.
